The POCO range of EDM graphite offers exceptional performance and machinability to suit many applications. The unique grain structures of POCO graphite ensures both excellent resistances to wear, as well as an exceptional ability to be machined both conventionally and by wire EDM. To maximise the effectiveness of POCO graphite, Erodex can work with customers to optimise machine settings for each application.
An isotropic Superfine particle graphite providing good strength, surface finish and wear resistance.
EDM-200® is available in any size cut from a 60" x 24" x 6" block
In addition to providing good wear resistance, speed and finish, lower electrode fabrication costs are possible when larger electrodes are required.
EDM-1® is available in any size cut from a 40" x 12" x 4" block
An isotropic Ultrafine grain graphite which offers high strength with outstanding wear and fine surface finish characteristics.
EDM-3® is available in any size cut from a 40" x 12" x 4" block
This is a high quality graphite infiltrated with copper, recommended where speed, wear and surface finish are important.
EDM-C3® is available in any size cut from a 12" x 8" x 2" or 18" x 4" x 1/2" block
The premier graphite electrode material available on the market today, with an average particle size of less than one micron.
EDM-AF5® is available in any size cut from a 24" X 8" X 2" block
