Our expert engineers, allied with an unsurpassed range of graphite materials and equipment, allow us to provide a unique, flexible and comprehensive facility. As a result, we can cater for batch produced repetition electrodes, or plastic mould and forging die electrodes of the 'one off' type. - For 3-D electrodes the choice is made between either CNC milling with CAM or copy milling with moulds provided by either the customer or Erodex
In addition to the services detailed above, we are also able to produce:
Carbon brush manufacture; mechanical carbon seals, bearings and vanes; semi-conductor tooling; hot pressing dies etc. are all produced to the customer's drawings.
The inspection department is supported by CNC CMM equipment, with full print-out facilities available.
